We have never learned to become a leader and yet so many of us are in a leadership role that expects us to be effective, motivated, and inspirational leaders.
Good news: this mentorship will offer you a judgment-free space to explore yourself while being held and supported. In our coaching sessions, you receive the space you need to discover your unique leadership potential and the support to excel in your leadership role while feeling happy, motivated, and fulfilled.
Because sometimes we just don't want to do it alone.
With my intuitive approach based on systemic coaching methods, positive psychology, NLP, psychotherapy, and much more, you will be guided through your daily professional life as a lead. We will be discussing and solving your current challenges as well as working on your deeper personal and professional goals and values as a leader.

have 12 x 1:1 coaching calls of 60 minutes (via Zoom) including recordings

receive unlimited support from Nina via agreed platforms (except on weekends)

create your personal milestones and celebrate your successes
We will meet every 2 weeks for a 1:1 60-minute coaching call (recordings of calls included).
